hopefully picking up a 16v tommorow

Post by 13twelve »

£2,295 16v with 78,000 miles, full vwsh but oddily no warranty being offered from this dealer (not spoke face to face yet)

its gonna put £200 on my insurance though!

from 1.4 8v L 40mm springs, 15" wheels, exhaust, k&N at £745 tpft

to £957 tpft standard

(and as this 16v appears to come with those twister rims on and not the standard 16v rims there will be a 7.5% increase there probably)

the car needs debadging and demudflapping (is this easy?) and it appears I now have 2 sets of alloys for sale, set of 15" masitaly 5 spokes on 195/50s (it is more like 45 though, small 50s) - tyres have done about 3k and have loads and loads of tread and some 14" twisters (look like bent venoms) with 185/something on them.

any one want some cheap wheels?
