Booming sound 60MPH

I seem to be experiencing a loud booming sound when travelling at around 60MPH. This dies off slightly when you go faster. Both front wheel bearings and also one of the CV joints have been replaced. Does anyone have any ideas? The noise has slowly got worse and worse.
