I think thats cheap, i saw one the other day i think it was on the auto trader website, around £2500 - £3000 had less than 50,000 miles on the clock i think.

yeah you're looking at 4000 absolute top whack nowadays I reckon - that'd be a mint V-plate with sub 30k on the clock.

3k is pretty good for a sub 50k one I think! (as long as it's one of the last)

The cars in UK are pretty cheap compared to here. I bought my 8v with 56000km on the clock for around £4500 and there you buy a 16v with sub 50k for just £3000. That's awesome!

yep £4k is about max, cus £5k can stretch to a mk5 (very rare i think) 1.4 16v 100hp :wink:

that seems reasonable for a 16v with that sort of mileage.i wouldnt loose too much sleep over the mileage either providing its bin looked after.two yrs ago i paid £3700 for a pristine 98r 16v with 40k on it which on reflection may of bin a bit much but im happy with the car.

sounds about right to me rich! 18 months ago I paid £4400 for my V-reg with 28k on the clock. from a dealer too.

ahh,i guesse its not a million miles out then, low mileage and mint condition plus ive had near no probs with it toch wood..just moaning bout nowt i guesse :lol:

been looking around, i rekon ~£2500 for a 1998 16v 100hp wit about 50k is fair

i just did 35.6 mpg in mine

thats about the same as my 8v


and i had the same heavy right foot as usual too




(the micra hire car was getting me 32 mpg lol)

Ah bum, yeah i just noticed the number plate recess on my polo about 20 mins ago, thought "hey i must be wrong with bstardchilds mod!" Damn. Oh well, i was the only one to guess! Thats gotta be worth somthin! :D
