I thought i read on here some people discussing if they thought it'd look good or barry in a mk2...i like mine and each to their own so no hard feelings if every1 hates them

the surround looks ok, it looks good from that angle.

that's a rezistanz gaitor from icon car styling for £15 m8

I think they're alright.. would look very good with a bit more chrome detailing around the dashboard, door cards etc.
Btw, if you want a VW fake leather gear knob to replace that plastic one, I've got two here, a 4 speed and a 5 speed, you're welcome to either for the cost of postage. They look a huge amount better than the old plastic ones, and feel nicer too..

That must be handy :lol: It's featherweight anyway, so wouldn't cost much in postage.
