The B-pillar is such a great mod, right from the start I wanted to do it with mine!
My friend did it for me, I am not sure what the product is he used, but it's pretty much the same stuff they use from the factory (My old saxo used to have black b-pillars in the same material)
Make sure to tuck it into the rear seal for a factory look job

Have you been in aberdeen lately by any chance, cos im sure i saw a silver GTI identical to that 1st picture.

That looks really good! I really want to do that on mine (red gti) but no idea what material to use or how to do it really!

Black Vinyl is the material you use, either Gloss or Matt.
As for how you do it, I got someone to do it for me so I'll leave that bit to someone who done it themselves.

I am in Farnborough.
Ziyaad - Check out Neil's GTI on here, he used gloss black, I think it works pretty well - It's all down to personally opionion I guess.

The only prob wi the matt is that its quite difficult to find?

Went vinyl searching today. No luck. Find some of the shiny stuff but no matt. Does anybody know where to get the matt??
