Anyone who's done this mod willin to tell an amateur how to go about doin it?

Get some vinyl off ebay (Look for "viper stripes") and then just go about carefully sizing and cutting to the right shape. It's better to leave excess as you can tuck it under the window seals for a better finish.

Does this mod look good on all colours??? i have surf blue LA5C and i dunno if it will look good or not....

Not really. I gave it a go in photoshop with my car, and it doesn't look that great. I'm not sure if it looks any different on a 3dr car, but on my 5dr in surf blue, it doesn't look worthwhile.

It really suits silver, and maybe red ones.

I agree with Ollie really, I can't see it looking too good on a blue car.

Silver and red are the main colours 8)

yeh i agree, silver and red. Brighter colours, yellow too if it was the CC.

urs look shorter and stockier and more sporty, mine looks like an ugly limo compared 2 urs.

with a few mods im sure you can get yours to look just as nice im sure! set of nice wheels and some coilovers shud sort you rite out
