How much is your car lowered by chewy?

Just the one

Could be your spring in not sitting right or you have not tightened the adjuster ring up enough

There is just the one adjuster 'ring' on each damper isn't there, the one that the spring is seated on? The spring is the correct way round, flat bit of spring on top of the adjuster.

Yeah they should have a little grub screw that you tighten on the adjuster ring to stop it moving.

What coilovers have you fitted?

So i use the C spanner provided to move the adjuster plate, then tighten a little grub screw? I did not know this!

I have Eibachs and they have a little grub screw in the adjuster.

Vmaxx have two adjuster rigs and no grub screw, so I would think yours would have one

I think I'm going to order some mondeo drop links as they're slightly shorter than the standards. Then I'm going to make sure both adjusters are at the same height and tighten the grub screw, assuming there is one. There is only one adjuster plate and that's the one the spring sits on!

Lifting of one side does puzzle me. Definitely ensure they are the same height first. HOWEVER, go by the height from floor to the arches NOT by how many coils each one is down. This will ensure it's properly set up.

And I wouldnt under estimate the mondeo drop links, although having no direct experience with them, every other user has reported that they do make a massive difference.

i need shorter drop links though as the drive shaft sometimes knocks with the mondeo ones on lock going onto the drive! btw the car is not being traded in now !!
