Hi mate,
If you don't mind me asking, how much was it for Revo to remap your GTI? I've found a few reliable places that are willing to remap my 1.2 TSI but they're all wanting £1k+

Where have you found AJ ?
ABT wanted £1500 to take it to 140PS. I just laughed at them.
Celtic Tuning will do it for £360.
I am gonna hold out for Revo, they are the best around IMO, so worth the wait. There are so many 1.2 TSI's around in various guises, they'd be mad to ignore it.

Yeah, i'm gonna wait around for Revo too, I'd rather wait and have the reassurance my car isn't gonna end up bodged
FR&R Tuning are offering remaps for £300.00, but there's no figures on their website. I emailed them last week but i'm yet to get a reply! I posted a link in a previous post on this thread. I've also emailed QS Tuning as reccomended by JIC Cracked but they are also yet to reply... These re-mapping companies seem a little ignorant

makes me just want to wait for Revo even more.

I'll keep having a gander and i'll let you know if I find anything!

B1N9S - Have you got any pics of your polo on the H&R Springs pal? Interested to see what it looks like. And yeah, hold out for REVO, itll be well worth your wait!!

Wow. Not been on here for yonks !!!! Too busy DIY'ing !!!!!
Hi NMavs. The car sits lovely on these H&R's mate, but I have also fitted 15mm spacers to push the wheels out and I love the cars stance now. Those pics don't really do it justice. I had H&R springs on my 1.8T Golf and they were great.
The ride is also very good, but I do have an annoying rattle somewhere that is doing my head in !!!! As for Revo, I am well aware of their capabilities and thats why I am definitely holding out for their map.
Alex,
Your right mate, there are too many cowboys doing remaps (usually on their drive...or yours!) Just guys who have a laptop and an OBD cable !!!! Come to think of it, that sounds like the last guy who did the Revo trial on my Golf !!

DNA Tuning has done a 77kw 1.4 tsi upgrade, rated at 100km and 230Nm torque, owner is apparently very happy and that power curve is smooooooooth as!

Finally, an E-Mail from Revo:
Hi Alex,
We are due to start the development of this software very soon, thank you for the offer of your car for development I will speak to our calibration engineers to see if we will need a vehicle.
Best regards,

Thanks for the heads up Dub_Dan. Not really keen on letting some cowboy with a laptop loose on my car though to be honest, cheers though
