Thanks mate. :) Things are slowly coming together, I should be done in a couple years or more.

I'm running Koni fully adjustable coilovers.

It has finally been ordered. After 1.5yrs, I've finally decided on the setup I wanted, had the budget to purchase and placed the order. :D

Hopefully you guys will understand why things have taken so long for the Cup Edition front bumper to make it onto Sooty.

Hell yehs!

"Your item is being processed by customs in SOUTH AFRICA. Into Foreign Customs, May 10, 2011, 2:37 pm, SOUTH AFRICA."

Now the wait begins. I'll be giving the SAPO (011-961 6000) a call with my waybill number tomorrow. They will convert it to a local II number and then I will be able to track it's local journey.

I really am impressed with how things have gone with this order. I just checked the tracking again:

"Out of Foreign Customs, May 11, 2011, 12:33 pm, SOUTH AFRICA".

I've got my local tracking number, but I was unable to track it as the SAPO tracking site is down. I'll phone them in an hours time. :D

After a long time planning and building the budget. Then having to use the budget unexpectedly on the Cup bumper etc. It was a roller coaster ride to get to this point.

I present to you - a SPEC Stage 3+ clutch and steel SMF flywheel - with the torque capacity of 783nm.

Thanks mate. I searched hi and low for a set of OZ's like these. When I finally gave up, I found them - how ironic.

Hey jim-ethejetta, I used my OEM top mounts. I replaced my axial grooved ball bearings with new OEM units though. :)

We inspected the mounts and didn't feel it necessary to replace them. The axial grooved ball bearings were shot. They sit below the top mount, and allow an clockwise/anticlockwise movement to occur when turning.
