I saw two last week: one silver, one black. Prior to that hadn't seen any in ages, typically don't as a rule. Fairly rare round here.

Only ever seen one other red one though (not counting shows).

Ive seen about 7 since owning one (halo effect). Also had a Y plate, 5 door in red with leather at my local vw dealership for £6500, was sold in under a week!!

When I traded mine in they had sold it by the time I went to collect my TDI, I could have cried!

in daytime aswell are they light sensitive lights?

Not sure, some might have. They're just so good people always want them on.

i must say i like my lights on alot, because they are so white/light blue they look like gti xenons

I'm terrible for having the headlights on, even on a slightly overcast day. They just look so fine!

I had to put them on for the pics I took earlier, although it was still light
