Looks loads better mate, nice and subtle transormation 8) IMO the only things needed to finish it off are to remove the bumpstrips or color code them and possibly debadge the back.

Other than that mate, the work so far looks like a top job, much better than before

That is lovley mate, the ride height is spot on.

Ronal turbos are one of the finest wheels around imho (I have them on my Seat Arosa). Really makes me want to lower mine more now!

Well done :D

Cheers guys glad you like her. Seem to be quite a lot of comments about the rear lights. They are £70 off ebay and are a replacement unit but not the hella ones. These are like smoked clear and you can't see any colours behind like the hella jobs. Think the are MH design or something. They have a leapoard on the box. Have had stuff from them in the past and have been impressed.

Just got to get my windscreen fixed then I can get the single wiper & smooth arm fitted. Then with tinted windows she'll be about there.

I have decided to keep the bump strips because I think it helps with the look I trying to go for. I think they set the back lights off and eventually the window tints too. They also let me get away with black door handles too. The only thing I considered doing was getting some MK4 smoother style ones and doing them gloss black to match the gloss black rear badge/shiny black lights. I know it seems odd to leave them on but I think it balances it up sort of thing.

Probably going to have a few bits tidy'd up i.e. lower rear valance has a couple of dings in it from the previous owner as do most polo's I see on the road. Also quite fancy a stainless zorst but something discrete like the common tdi backboxes with two pipes bending down. Scorpion now do them for golf's.

Trying not to get to carried away as it is only supposed to be my run about!!!! (Its a bug once you start you just can't stop.)
