Okay, so these are 18x8, but do you happen to know the offset? Thanks for answering already, I am just also very interested in numbers behind ET, since your fitment also looks perfect on pictures and from what I have read from your previous replies you have no issues with rubbing still even on lowered car, so your numbers would be a great guide!ad_182_uk wrote: ↑Fri Jun 17, 2022 12:12 amOZ Forumla 5 HLT Grigio Corsa 18inch 5x100 i believe thay are .5j wider tthan OEM alloy offering. ET48, no rubbing issues, pretty sure rear is wound as low as it will go without removing bumpstops. front is probably 10mm lower and still fine.KASIplz wrote: ↑Fri Jun 17, 2022 11:35 am

That is great to hear. How far do you recon are you from "flush" fitment? Is there any space that should you have the option you would poke the wheels further out? From the pictures it seems to sit great, but I haven't seen a picture that is flat alongside the car.ad_182_uk wrote: ↑Fri Jun 17, 2022 11:54 amET48, no rubbing issues, pretty sure rear is wound as low as it will go without removing bumpstops. front is probably 10mm lower and still fine.KASIplz wrote: ↑Fri Jun 17, 2022 11:35 am

Just some initial pics of our new r line in Smokey grey. It’s a beautiful colour and looks different shades in different light.

Good to see there’s proper buttons on the steering wheel. I really like the wheels - nice simple design, the best colour for alloys IMHO and most importantly for me, they’re not diamond cut!lancslad1985 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 8:59 pm Just some initial pics of our new r line in Smokey grey. I’ve not seen grass that green in my garden for around two months . Mine’s the colour of desert sand due to lack of rain - I think there’s only been a couple of very brief light showers in the last couple of months in my part of the country.

Nice colour and I agree totally with SRGTD about the wheels. I absolutely hate the current fashion for over complicated / styled diamond cut wheels. And real buttons on the steering wheel, lucky so & so

Forum member @RichTea may not reply to you post as they’ve not been active on the forum since October last year.
Searching on @RichTea’s posts turned up the discussion thread at the link below - I think the answer in relation to wheel size and lowering springs you’re looking for is the 7th post in the discussion thread. Offset is an important factor too - I think those Bola B6 alloys may be available in different offsets; An 8J alloy with too aggressive an offset on a lowered car may run the risk of tyre rubbing issues.
Not sure on tyres, although judging by other pictures @RichTea had posted of their car, it looks as if the tyres aren’t providing any protection to the rim of the wheel. Therefore, they’re probably the original factory 215/40 R18 tyres.

Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
Well the car is done after a five hour detail. Only issues seen after collection were the tiniest Nick in the plastic near the dsg selector (talking really tiny) and the WeConnect is playing up. Looks mint though and really pleased with my colour choice.

@lancslad1985 Car looks amazing, really nice. Glad you are pleased and I certainly am too. I think this generation we get a really good red stripe along front because of the 3D effect they have given grille.lancslad1985 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 07, 2022 12:43 pm Well the car is done after a five hour detail.
