Hey! I ordered wheelspacers and screws at my friend who is working with that kind of parts, so I don't have any website to access to all the stuff you need to do this.

But all you need is 4 pieces of wheelspacers with the right holes and diameter for your car and the right screws(length and type of screw is important), according to the thickness of wheelspacers.

Headlights look really, really good, quality is great, the fitting is perfect and all I had to do is adjust the height. :)
A little sneak peak:

These will work on your car because the screws are the same(5x100). You just have to get the right wheelspacers for your car. Probably the best option to ask some expert to give you the right dimensions for your car.

FYI, if you put wheelspacers on I suggest putting less than 15mm in the front and less than 20mm in the back(I have 12,5mm in the front and 20mm in the back and it's right on the edge-maybe too much for me).

Have a nice holidays :)

Oh ok i see i guess i will have to find the parts myself but you recommend 12.5mm in the front and 20mm in the back ?. Do you have any photos of your car when it was not with the spacers ?.

I recommend 12,5mm in the front and maybe 15mm in the back. 20mm is right on the edge, maybe a little bit too much.

Pictures of the car without wheelspacers you can find on the first page :)

Oh ok i see. I looked at the photos without the spacers and i cant really see clearly that much of a difference. Could you maybe take more photos ?.

Hello :) from the other side :D a little joke for beginning :) I haven't been active lately due to my job and travelling around Europe in the past few weeks...

Today I drove Polo 6R GTI and the steering wheel is superb! :) and I looked around but I haven't found any useful informations what do I need if I want to change from my steering wheel to GTI one? I know that controls for BC are on steering wheel instead on the wipers stick...
And another question. Do I need to change the whole instrument cluster if I want to see cruise control speed on the MFD? :)

Thank you very much! :)

In the following few weeks I will have some more time to clean my car and do decent photo shoot :)

You buy sport steering wheel with buttons (without airbag) and installs it. Don't need wiring installation. Your current aibag wiring is right, also the control unit and airbag.

Cruise control speed on MFD? therefore... Cruise Control Display (High CCS according ODIS)? hehe...I also want it, ...if this would be possible.

Ciclo thank you for quick answer :)
So all I need is GTI steering wheel and that's it?
But what about MFD? With MFSW from GTI I have buttons sub-menus like audio, navigation and so on...But I have the basic MFD(it doesn't say how much of gas I have left, just the icon-display has just icons, it doesn't have multi-dot function...and also I don't have gauges for fuel and water temp.

Thank you again and have a great holidays :)

Ciclo thank you very much! When I get a good deal for GTI steering wheel, I'll get this done. :)

Another question...I have puddle lights in my mirrors, but when I installed the lights the weather was cold and I couldn't manage and I didn't have time to finish the project, but now in the coming weeks I have a plan to finish this. What is the best way to get cable from inside the doors(behind the panel and speaker) to inside the car? Can I use the rubber seal which contain other cables for mirrors, windows, etc? If so, what is the best way to do it?

Thank you! :)

Hopefully some of you guys will go to Austria, Worthersee on GTI treffen this saturday? :D

Yes, the T26 connector and the rubber in the door hinge are perfectly suitable to do this. I'm not going to the Worthersee, sorry. It's not so far, but I don't have a GTI :p

iichel thank you for the quick answer. T26 connector? I'm so sorry to be annoying, could you please tell me what do I need? I need to remove the speaker and then get the cable through the rubber in the door hinge and then what? And what do I need to get the cable from connector to inside the car.

Why don't you go? I also don't have a GTI but I love VW's :D

Thank you again! :)

T28

It is not necessary to remove the speaker (rivets), but you must take into account the mechanism of the window, so that the wiring that you run through the two seal rubbers should have the same shape as the original wiring in that section.

The following scheme is for you to have a rough idea of what to do. Upto the output rubber.

It is possible to set in the eeprom, but this is dependent on the ECU controller.
I have enabled this, but this doesn't work on my 1.4 85ps ECU from 2011. I know people with Golf MK5 who changed the ECU for newest to make it work.. (with Scirocco '15 instrument cluster).

But I can't found any information about ECU to engine in my 6R..
