What's the ride comfort like on these? (assuming you are still on standard shocks)

Standard shocks still. It is a little bumpy and can be quite harsh over speed bumps if you don't approach at the right speed.

Perfectly acceptable though, and when you've grown old driving mk1 and mk2 golfs all your days, it's nothing to complain about :)

I think the eibachs are little softer but don't lower it as much

Have you got a link for the aerial? I've looked at a few but the thread thickness is always wrong :/ looks much nicer with the smaller aerial.

Came to look at your car because I'm looking at the H&R springs. Perfect height I think. Did you fit them yourself? I don't really want to pay more than the springs price to get them fitted but I don't know what I'm doing... Also in regards to the passats - you said on the first page "should fit well once adapters are on", what do you mean by that? Sorry for all the questions

Sweet RS4 by the way 8)

Yeah, I fitted the suspension myself, easy enough to do, and plenty guides online if you need them.

The passat wheel pcd is 5x112 whereas the polo is 5x100 so you need to use pcd/hub adapters to get them to fit.

Thanks for the comments on the '4 :)

Iirc 15mm front and 20mm at the back. No additional spacers on top of the adapters

Haven't really done anything else with the polo apart from the wife driving it, although it's only got 8k on it. unfortunately it will be going back to standard soon and will be px'd for a new touran.

Springs and 2 sets of wheels will be available
