So, have you modified your IC eeprom? How?CNK wrote:It is possible to set in the eeprom, but this is dependent on the ECU controller.ciclo wrote:Cruise control speed on MFD? therefore... Cruise Control Display (High CCS according ODIS)? hehe...I also want it, ...if this would be possible.
I have enabled this, but this doesn't work on my 1.4 85ps ECU from 2011. I know people with Golf MK5 who changed the ECU for newest to make it work.. (with Scirocco '15 instrument cluster).
But I can't found any information about ECU to engine in my 6R..

No, not me. Check your emailciclo wrote:So, have you modified your IC eeprom? How?
When I changed my instrument cluster, I had warning light of washer fluid sensor, and my acquaintance disabled this option in my IC (because I don't have this sensor yet).
He tried to enable speed on display, but this don't work in my 6R.
So maybe Polo 6R WRC has other engine controller. But for now, I have only 1.4 85ps..

True, but the washer fluid sensor light is simply a VCDS setting. Modifying the EEPROM is not so easy

Yeap, but in VCDS some things can't be change, for example "needle sweep" in some ICs can't be enabled..iichel wrote:True, but the washer fluid sensor light is simply a VCDS setting. Modifying the EEPROM is not so easy
But it is possible by eeprom. In this way I had "staging" on my old 6R0920860H IC
