If you have some kind of image editing software (or just Paint which comes bundled with Windows), open up the image and either increase the compression (if you have some half decent software) or decrease the size of the image using the stretch/skew tool in Paint and save it (choose file type 'jpeg', it'll decrease the size of the image).
If you get stuck, email me the photos and I'll sort them for you (carrot *"£$!!"£ @groovycarrot. *"£$"£$" co.uk - remove the random punctuation, it's just to stop spam.)

I'm afraid I've got a bit of a situation - my hard disk has just gone to the great silicone valley in the sky taking with it the last 5 years or so worth of files, settings etc... I've had to resort to my old laptop which isn't powerful enough to run any kind of half decent image editing software, so I can't really compress / resize your photos for you
Sorry about that. I'm sure someone could probably volunteer to lend a hand though? Shouldn't take a moment if you just stick it in photoshop and compress it to a reasonable file size..
