get a screwdriver and give it a
damn good wiggling
works a charm for my oldskool yale-based stoplock, anyway. and i wouldn't have much doubt it could do the same for the actual doorlocks.
or gather a few polo owners about and try everyone else's keys in your locks. you've probably got about a 1 in 200 chance or something...... which is good odds once you grab enough people. the "31 people in a room = at least 2 with the same birthday" thing... then you just take them off to get duplicates cut.
places to look:
# pet's bed.
# your bed (yes - look under bed, under pillow, AND look IN)
# under the bookshelf / drinks cabinet (particularly if it's one with short stubby legs or a pseudo-legged design, doubly if it's in the hallway/entryway/living room).
# bookcases in general.
# sofas/armchairs.
# in the car itself if you've locked the doors but then opened the passenger one to get something out, and used the windowledge pin to lock it instead.
# kitchen and dressing-table drawers (again, particularly dressers that have found their way from bedroom to hallway) - things just tend to
congregate in those two locations, strangely the incidence of this happening increases exponentially to the amount of female presence in a building......

Is that enough ideas?
They're mostly serious, although it got a bit silly at the end
* if you don't realise the difference, and you're not in a student situation where laundry bag = washing basket, then you need help beyond getting into a 15+ year old car...
** dont ask me what a key would eat or what a suitable trap might be, i've never got to a desperate enough point to try it. experiment. be imaginative. create!
