Hey all,

Just got back from VW Forum's meeting in Castrop-Rauxel (Germany). Overall impression was that of a very cool meeting; nice crowd, excellent weather (got sunburned, again!) and amazing cars. Have a look 'ere:

is a really nice idea. I'm guessing it's for a boot solenoid.

dxg: You're spot on mate.

I talked to the guy (he owns the silver 9N in one of the pics) to ask him about the details. It really works, his hatch is completely shaved, and he uses this to pop the boot. Nifty eh?
