Can anything go wrong when fitting MK5 tail lights on a MK4?

i believe its not a 100% fit.... some sanding down is required for a snug fit

umm well to get them to fit well u need to sand few bits off but its just a matter of taking your time and keep checking thats what i did.

The only other thing you need to do is cut some the wires to sort the wiring out as it is slightly different.

umm well new from vag there about Â£32.65 each thats taillight, bulb holder and 2x bulbs

so i guess ya double it and add vat dont quote me on that but thats how much i paid for the left one cos it was broken.

could always try the scrape yard im sure there are plenty of dinged polos out there

I don't understand why he wont post them...

They are easy to package up and they won't cost Â£5 to delivery...

If I was you I would e-mail the seller to find his logic in not posting... and to be honest even though you aint got money now, I would find some... because that is a bargain...

These cost Â£85 from VAG (minus bulb holders which cost Â£24 for 2)

so in total from VAG these would cost Â£109

do you really want to pay that much?
