bolts and spigot rings

im looking to get some alloys that were originally on a clio. i intend to have em temporarily on my mk4 but they have a bore of 60.1. polo has a 57.1. do i have to use spigot rings? i know they aint expensive, im just wondering, also where can u get some from? halfrauds?

the dudes also giving me some locking nuts. obviously they were probs for a clio, but are they usually standard for any cars? can i use my existing 8v steelie bolts if not? thanks for your replys in advance.
