flip key

Hi there every1 i am going to buy a three button VW flip key and was going to put the electronics of the clifford concept 650 spare fob in the flip key so i can use it to just simply lock and unlock the car.how hard would this be? secondly how would i go abouts having my key fitted to the flip mecanics?thanx
