Help required regarding multichanger wiring

I got my 6N2 with a panasonic changer connected the standard headunit. I just ripped the standard unit out to fit my sony one from my old car but the panasonic bus control is totally different from the sony fitting. Can you use an adapter to change this?

Also, the connection from the changer to the standard unit has this weird yellow wire that is connected to a little silver thing with battery written on it...i don't know what it's all about

ok, as far as i can tell i need a din-unilink convertor...i wonder if they exist

from what i can tell you are trying to connect a panasonic cd changer to a sony head unit???

you cant do it. period. no company makes interfaces to use a rivals product with theirs. wont work.
