6n2 engine conversion
Thinking of an engine conversion for my 6n2. Not aiming for the PoloGTI engine cos it's pretty much impossible to tune. Now 1,8T's i've heard are really tough to fit. So I wonder if anybody knows whether any of the 1,8 16v's fit like from a golf mk2 gti (for instance a PL engine)? What i'm really interested in is whether a conversion such as this would be as difficult as the 1,8T conversion (which needs essentially a cut/paste job...work done on the arches...lots of work with suitable driveshafts etc.) or if it's pretty much a plug 'n' play situation. i guess you know what i mean.
