WINTER WHEELS WHILE BBS ARE REFURB'D

Post by KEVSGTI »

I am looking at buying another set of alloys to put on my GTI so i can refurb my bbs wheels over the winter.

I have been offered a set of amils ? (think that was them) they have black centres (10 spokes) and a diamond cut lip on the outside. They have a quite deep diamond cut lip on them.

CAN YOU HELP ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS :

1) Will they fit ok ? (they are 7 x 15", et 30 ,4 x 100)

2) Will they side further out than my standard bbs rims ?

3) What do you think the black centres and diamond cut lip will look like on a silver GTI (3-door)

THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS, ANY PICS OF A GTI WITH SIMILAR WHEELS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Colour wise they should look nice, as for fitment, I can't help you there I'm afraid.

as long as you've got 195/45 tyres on them and arent mega low then you wont have any real issues...

they will stick out slightly further than the standard BBS as they're only 6.5j et 45

i ran 7x15" ronals et 28 and was fine with coilovers wound right down! a little scrubbing never hurt anyone! :D
