All pics have been resized so all you have to do is copy this into your Profile.
For new starters to do this what you do is -
1. select the image you want
2. right click the image
3. select the 'Properties' option
4. highlight the URL
5. hold ctrl & C keys
6. go to your Profile
7. in Signature type in [img]then%20press%20crtl%20&%20V%20then%20type%20in[/img]
All done!
