Advice on mesh grille please...

Hi. I have just bought a Polo SE 2000 (W Reg).

I was wondering, if i wanted to fit on a mesh grille like the one in the link:

As you all know, the bonnet has a semi-circle in the middle for the VW badge and if i was to fit that mesh grille on, it would leave a semi-circle gap as this grille has no badge.

Can anyone advice me on how i would cover up that gap please? Thank-you.

Also, anyone recommend any good sites for bodystyling, front angel eye lights and alloys (16"s). THANK-YOU.

U normaly get a gap filler inc with most grilles, why not get a GTi grille and remove the GTi logo and replace with 16v badge (The SE is 16v ?)

U can pic them up from Ebay then replace or spray the VW badge black....

I think that looks better then a semi circle bit stuck on.........

Thanx for your advices...yeah i think i will just get a Gti grille and remove the GTi and spray the VW black like you said...

No sadly my Polo is not 16v for some reason, on the engine it says MPi instead of the 16v!!!

that'll be multi-point injection, still nippier than most other cars of the same litre

ya most companies supply a semi-circle in-fill, i got one with my kamei mesh grille
