Wheel Refurb

Does anyone know how much it will cost for a refurb to make the following wheel look the ones below.

Prices will prbably vary from Â£30-60 per wheel, depends on where you go to have them refurbed. How far are you willing to travel to drop the wheels off, there are a fair few good refurbishers in the UK!

i would want to have them refurbed within the south wales area. i havent bought the wheels just looking for a rough guide to see if its worth getting them or whether to wait and get some new wheels for about Â£500.
