Number Plates, Where to buy?

Hi, need some new plates made up mine are pretty poor quality and water has got inside them. Anybody recommend somewhere i can get some good quality ones made up. I want them plane ie no borders no text at the bottom, no euro flag. And i dont want german plates either so dont suggest that.
