2 problems

1. My hand brake was fine till 2day, when i came to park it decided it wanted to come up a very abnormal amoutn till it was in the full locked posistion it came right out of its normal housing and everything. How do i sort it and has any 1 else ad this?

2. When my engine revs at 1,800 - 2,000 rpm i get a wierd resinance kinda nose like a rattle but goes again when i go above or below those engine speeds? Any idea's?

I get the rattle at 2000rpm too mate, nothing to worry about I don't think. Its somewhere in the dash and I would imagine it would take a fair bit of pulling things apart before finding the source, only to put it all back together again and have a different rattle (or rattles) afterwards

Not sure about the handbrake though, sounds a bit mad

i've had the same thing with the handbrake
all you need to do is adjust (tighten) your handbrake cable
job sorted

*update*

The ressinating noise was the fact i havea hole in my middle section of my exaust (si u said u had same problem may wanna check yours)

The handbrake, the fact my front spot weld holding the handbake in place hand broke

Ah well my exhaust is a Powerflow now and was fitted in February. Rattles were there before then so must be something else
