wheel help needed

excuse my stupidity but i need some help with my new wheels

2 have come with tyres, 2 without, but all with metal valves - however, i can only assume that the centre of the valves have been removed as u can see right through them and the tyres dont hold air

now do i need to get 4 new valves or is there some sort of 'inner' valve i need to buy

you can buy valve inners from halfords for abotu Â£3 for 5 then you will need a vlave screwdriver to put them in. its prolly worth getting the valve changed save all the hassel and they do that when they put tyres on unless you want the metal valves then id do that .,

saying that im putting a set of richbrook flush fit valves in mine they look smarter.
