GT/G40

Post by PeteJ »

a little curious as the the stock performance of both these cars i've had a good search but cant dig much up.
whats the bhp/0-60 on both
how do they handle compared to the average hatchback (coupe sorry!)
im just curious because im trying to convince the other half and some family members to obtain one and give it some stick maybe work up to a show car..
a GT would probably be what i'd look for, sound body work but fubar engine or reverse which ever, its not for any time in the immediate future but im finishing uni very soon and have a whole summer to play :D

cheers guys!

oh hell no!
i spent the best part fo 3k making a g60 work :P not doing that again!
looking for a nice simple engine with no frills. nice little n/a engine to tweak.
more and more attractive idea picking up a £150 GT and working it up in my uncles garage. especially seeing the price of chips and cams!
just bodywork and mild engine work. then a bit of a remodelon the interior.
sounds like fun to me, and workabl on a budget!
