15" Katana's forsale

Post by luke »

i've got a set of wheels coming off my 1996, P reg 1.4L POLO, i havnt yet got any recent pics to show condition but will email them to anyone interested (if u PM me) or i'll post them up when i get some pictures off digicam. They are Wolfrace Katanas - shadow chrome reason for sale i want something less jap and more Euro. ideal for winter wheels, keeping your prefered wheels for summer and show season. if i had enough cash this is what i would of done.

Alloys: ive had them on since August last year and done about 10k miles ,theres two new tyres on the front and on the back theres the ones which came with the alloys. theres some slight kerbing, also a buckle on the front drivers side but its weighted correctly so its balanced. also im missing a rubber spacer.

Still have receipts for Alloys + tyres ,
Cardiff - Caerphilly ------ £200 ono ------. Common make me an offer!!!people
Prepared to drive to deliver at additional cost (only petrol cost)

UPDATE - i found a pic on this pc of car not very close up thou of the wheels, but dont think they look too bad on a polo - my car just needs to be introduced to the deck, and they would look nicer.

NO Sh!t, but they are still rims better than nothing? "suit a 106" a very nice Jap car lol thats just as bad as having them on my polo haha. the reason im getting rid is that they are jap and i want euro and u reckon they will look good on another euro car rather than a polo (EURO) - this is the reason why they are cheap!! To buy a set of 4 tyres 195/45/15 its gunna set u back around the 200 mark and theres 2 newish tyres on there less than 4months old and the other one i bought last friday. The rear's are fine, so thats 50 quid a tyre for the two new ones = 100 quid and 25 quid a rim not including the other two tyres on the back ? its a bargin!! fudge it if i could afford to keep them i would just for the gritters around here in the winter months, but i cant its ideal if u got a spare 200 to get them to keep your polished rims nice and clean in the winter months and not risk damaging them.

either deep dish, tempted by the wide steelies ive seen, or even something with a custom paint job on a set of teledails. but i'd rather something new (not as common as deep dishes) and different such as custom teledails or P slots because deep dishes although VERY nice are starting to become common. i dont want to be going to a show or a meet with another 20 cars the same as mine, if you know what i mean. but the katanas although may not to everybodies taste are 15's and do their job. might just slam her on coilies instead of getting new rims. coilies can make almost any wheel look nicer praps they'll help the katanas? hehe might have a go at refurbing the standard steelies though see how it goes and how much time i got off.

some pics of the wheels, although i didnt clean them so few marks may be hidden by dirt i dont know. they look nicer dirty than clean on my car so i dont tend to clean them up often in the summer. over the winter i did to get all the crap off them thou. please someone make me an offer! im not desperate honest i just want to change these wheels for something that sets the polo off a little more.
