Problems with my polo

Was driving the other night and got a bad missfire had a quick look with a mate today and the number 4 spark plug is just free floating the thread is missing as well so looks like i need a new cylinder head.

anyone breakin a 1,3l polo pm me please,

need
Cylinder head
Head Gasket
exhaust Manifold as its cracked + Gasket

is it possible to drill a slightly bigger hole and thread it, and then make a sleeve with threads on either side for the spark plug to go in?

just an idea, i don't know if it's practical at all.

Yeah i think it is, but on closer inspection number 4 hole seems to be bigger then the rest of the spark plug holes, so looks like its been done before
