Sill Damage

Post by willy g »

Basically i drove up a driveway and bottomed out on some hump , ive really dented one of the sills , i was thinking about filling it and sanding and painting but now might put it in a body shop. Its the rear part of the sill after the join can these be bought seperately?

Gutted!!

I agree with DRAGON GREEN get it repaired by a body shop even if it does'nt need a new skin it will have to be pulled out properly because if it has to much filler in it it might fail an mot due to it being part of the structure shell unlike a wing or a door which are bolt on panels.
