As the title says really.... and this is why.

i ordered a front bumper for my car about a month and a bit ago now, And i was told on ordering the bumper it would take 3 weeks to arrive, thats fine by me,

Well 5 or 6 weeks have now past, so i thought i get in contact.... hmm, they have no recolection of my order, yet they took my money ( 216.50 )

My car is now sitting at the body shop, waiting for paint, without a bumper!

So im kinda wondering too, if anyone on here knows of ANYWHERE that i can get some really nice euro style bumpers, and all that stuff, money isnt really an issue, im just getting impatient....

if they have taken your money and not delivered the goods get them to do a refund

yer mate i had a similar problem with my alloys. After 2 months and no delivery although they had still taken the money. got it back eventually n bought them from somewhere else and worked out cheaper with better tyres. Just hold on in there, by the sounds will be a good end result. and make sure you get your money back

the number i have, and keep ringing, no one answers, and the emails i get an auto reply from a computer,

is there any other way of getting my money back, or have i been had..

have a look on the invoice see if theres a tracking reference number and a telephone number different to the ones above.

if this is what you have already done then i have no more ideas on how to contact them. all i did was a whois search and found the other company then looked round there website. good luck man.

If I was you, I'd inform Trading Standards just to let them know your situation and see what they advise.
