sounds like something my car can do with

i have a 2000 (6n2) 1.4 16v (75bhp) engine

Its not going to give your car 100bhp by simply bolting it on.

But if it goes cheap enough its worth it to have a spare MAP sensor.

You can just see it, little sensor on the end. Quite common for packing in due to contamination and cost about Â£70 or so.
