Car stopped

Yesterday the missus told me she was just tooting along, bout 30 when "all the lights come on.." (the dashboard lights, warning lights etc) and the car just stopped (engine died).

She restarted and everything seemed to be OK...she has just called me now to say it's done it again...this time she was going bout 50 ...she's OK and it's restarted

Gonna take it in the dealer, but does anyine have any ideas...assume they'll plug it in...will anything show in the diag ?

im gunna hazzard a guess and say thats a bad sign. let them plug it in and see what that says other wise check the connections to the ecu and batt
