will standard 14" alloys fit the standard 13" wheel bolts ???

Think it depends on the offset (not sure tho) if the 14''s are a lower offset they will sit out more so will prob need longer bolts. Thats how i understand it, some1 please correct me if im wrong. you may be able to use the same bolts if there is only a low offset difference between the 2 sets of wheels.
