Silver Bird 9N3 Polo GTI's

I've just put a deposit on a Silver Bird 3Dr Polo GTI, pick it up in DEC when the dealer can release it.

Anyway, does anyone know what the deal is with Silver Bird ones. I know Silver Bird was a very limited edition colour, the dealer said that you could never factory order a Silver Bird GTI, but VW produced so many for the UK market and issued them to dealers.

Can anyone confirm?

first i have heard, but the one in the picture looks nice with the s3 wheels.

I can only imagine that the colour is different but correct me if i am worong!
