GT Engine conversion

Can any one tell me exactly what i will need to put a gt lump in my 1L cl my mate has a smashed gt just need to no what to steel

Just thought I'd add that Ash posted the above using my user name as he cant remember his loggin details and has no email to register again !

He's having my spare GT engine.
