1998 Polo 16v problem, please help!

Hi guys,

My mechanic has asked me to try and find out the following:

The Basic Setting for the adaption valves on the throttle housing of a 1998 Polo 16v 6n 100bhp.

The housing was cleaned but Idle is fluxuating
