torque settings for the cambelt swap ASAP

Having the cambelt done tommorow morning by a mate in the trade, and could do with the relevant torque settings for the tensioners and associated bolts etc.

can someone please post these up as soon as they can

cheers tigz - mate managed to get hold of it from somewhere in the end. useful info on there though!
