mk4 16v gearbox removal

well i am removing my gearbox out my 6n 16v but i cant take all the engine out.

So i am unboltting and dropping it from underneath from the looks of it i will have to undo the passenger side engine mount, so am I gonna have to hold the engine up somehow like with a trolley jack.

If this is correct where is best place for jack to be placed?

Also what type of gearbox oil will i need
