One thing about Privilege is they don't allow modifications until you're 25.

20 years old. 1 years no claims (in March 2006). Driving over 3 years w/pass plus. 8k a year. Mum on policy as second driver (driven over 20 years). £850 fully comp with Elephant which was the cheapest company

Adam your quote is shocking. Go for Elephant/Admiral (they are the same company)

I bought my GTi at 22, with four year's NCB. I paid about £750 with Direct Line, fully comp with legal cover.

Mine's something like 1400 im female, 20 with 1yr NCB - thats with my wheels, coilovers and air filter all declared.

but only thing to note with elephant, etc is that they add a percentage for paying monthly where as virgin who im with dont charge you any extra for that little priveledge!!

also i can get thru to them first time every time no waiting in a queue!!

More Than Insurance Full NCB 'Protected' £418 also have the girlfriend on the insurance and I am older. Also More Than allow most modifications as long as they do not improve acceleration or top speed at no extra cost. :D
