I’ve had my polo for about 18 months and haven’t really had any major problems. I love it too bits, it handles like a go kart and always puts a smile on my face. Lately I’ve had ignition problems. It’s an intermitting problem, when I go to start the car there is an ignition sound from the car but it doesn’t start. It’s really annoying because I get odd looks from people when it makes a stupid noise. I’ve changed the ignition leads and dizzy cap. I also checked the battery connects they were a bit loose but it hasn’t solved the problem. I tried checking the starter motor but its behind the inlet manifold so I couldn’t look at it properly. Anyone got any ideas to what it could be?

Thanks
