had hire car on weekend - 1.2 se 12v

Surprised how sweet the engine was. did 500+ miles no probs and was much 'nippier' than i thought. i presume it was the 65bhp model.

Still glad i've got earlier model as i missed the extra touches such as carpet mats, puddle lights and aluminium struts.

also, not keen on the alloys, and the car did not handle the same as the sport.

my other half was v.impressed after her 35k mile g-reg renault 5 1.4 and is hinting about going on my insurance!!!!

overall though, was impressed.

N.B - still had a squeeky dash so made me feel better about mine!!
