My spraying quote and question about mirrors....

Post by Black16v »

Went to the bodyshop the other day to get a qoute on fitting and spraying my bumper and sideskirts. Got her booked in for the end of April, going to cost me £300. This was mates rates tho and cash in hand so if you're looking to do the same i rekon £450-500ish.

Anyway i'm almost done with my exterior, just a boot spoiler and mirrors to go. Has anyone here got DTM cup mirrors? what do they look like on polo's? im debating about either them or M3 ones (which are a tad chavvy). Any other small mirrors that would look good that you know of?

Cheers

Dtm's look a lot better than M3 style in my opinion, but I'm not really a huge fan of either of them, they can look good but it depends on the styling of the rest of the car. Id get you bodywork done first then have a mess around on photoshop see which mirrors look best.

Now you see that is rather tasty!! I'm edging towards the DTM cups now rather than m3's. Ive got quite a smooth look going with my car, reiger RS3 front bumper and infinity skirts, so i think the DTM's would look good!

Cheers for that mate, i think im coming towards a decision!

What are the infinity sideskirts?? pic?

DTM's are 10's better than M3's. M3's are far to big for the car!

Get yourself some mk5 stubbys
