what colour are these rims?

Does anyone know how the finish is acheived on these wheels or even what colour they are? Its a pretty amazing finish, I wish I knew how it was done. Been doing some experiments after rubbing back and polishing my worst RXII....

It does look good. I wonder if it's paint or some other kind of chroming process.

I've decided I'm going to paint my RXII centres myself. I have a small paint gun that would be ideal for the job, so just have to decide on the colour. I like those BMW wheels but will need to do some digging to find out more about that colour
