What colour? - New photoshop added pg2!

Post by vdubit »

Thought i'd post in here as may get more of a varied responce than in the specific areas.

So, as many of you may know, I'm gonna spray the polo again. For those of you that don't know it, its a Polo gti, currently in gloss primer grey colour.

I'm currently stuck on two colours, but am open to other suggestions.

Colour no.1, Alfa Nuvelo White. A proper pearly white...

Colour no.2, Lambo Giallo Midas, a pearl yellow...

As much feedback as possible please peeps!

Out of those 2, I'd definately say the white.

I was having this discussion the other day, and if I was to respray my GTi I'd go for white.

Probably Porsche Carrera white, but the Alfa one does look good.

How's this?

White is a really hard one to do and stay looking real(ish) and the yellow is more of a goldy yellow than the Lambo one really.

Click for full size.

yellow, give the white a few years and will look tacky as! and get so dirty, and youll have to polish it like all the time to stop it looking chavy

Standard white and yellow (colour concept) Mk5's look really good. Shame they didn't offer them for the GTI. I'd go with one of them or even the gold-yellow Tom suggested

I'd say white, but not the alpha white.....the white they are using on the new VAG range is stunning!!!

Defo white! If you dont like it......then spray it yellow
