angel eyes dnt work !!! :(

baught these damn angel eyes off ebay, but of all 4 of the rings none light up. and plus these lights looks homemade theres gluegun spillage in them :S heres some pics any suggestions how i can make them work? side lights work fine

theyl be the standard ones with the halo rings glued in,,my guesse is theyve had your pants down.
